If you need help with your appointment.
Both of our sites have a ramp for wheelchair access. A lift is available for people with a disability at the Church Walk site to enable access to some clinical rooms. The patients toilets are adapted to enable use by people with a disability. A wheelchair is available if required.
If you need any assistance please tell the receptionist.

- If you would like a chaperone (person who accompanies a patient during an examination or procedure).
- If you have any other access or communication needs.
Parking.
Parking is available at the Church Walk site but this area can be extremely busy at times. Parking is also available on Church Street and there are several car parks within Eastwood.
For patients with reduced mobility, please exit the car or taxi close to the main entrances but do not park there as it blocks the access for emergency ambulances and other patients.
