Our prescription collection point has now been relocated to the Urgent Care Site on Church Street. ALL prescriptions and medications are now collected from the Urgent Care Site.

People who have lived in or travelled to Wuhan Hubei Province, China in the last 14 days and have symptoms should call 111. Symptoms include a fever, cough and difficulty breathing

Roadworks will be in place on Church Street from Monday 3 February for 2 weeks. The road will be closed between Midland Road and Brookhill Leys Road from 9.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Traffic lights will be in place overnight and at the weekend.

Please see below.  This is the catchment area for Eastwood Primary Care Centre and is the local area that the surgery and attached community services are able to cover.  If the area that you live is not mentioned in the map below, unfortunately, we can not accept your new patient registration or your change of address and you will need to register with a different GP surgery that does cover the area where you are living.

IF YOUR POSTCODE IS NOT IN THE CATCHEMENT AREA OF THE SURGERY, UNFORTUNATELY, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER YOU AS A NEW PATIENT.  IF YOU MOVE TO AN AREA THAT IS OUTSIDE OF THE CATCHMENT AREA YOU WILL NEED TO RE-REGISTER AT A NEW GP SURGERY IN THE AREA YOU ARE NOW LIVING.  EASTWOOD PRIMARY CARE CENTRE ARE UNABLE TO HAVE PATIENTS REGISTERED WHO LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE CATCHMENT AREA.
