Medical Receptionist
We currently have a vacancy for a Medical Receptionist, up to full time hours. Weekday shifts between 7am and 8pm (some weekend mornings necessary).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable GP Receptionist. The applicant must be confident with computers and be able to work within a team. Medical experience and SystmOne knowledge is desirable.
Job Summary
Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or Healthcare Professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
To act as a focal point of communication between the GPs, Receptionists, Practice Management, Patients and local Chemists, as well as other members of the Primary Healthcare Team.
