Non-urgent advice: Making a complaint.

Most problems can be resolved quickly and easily with the person concerned at the time.

If you wish to make a complaint please ask to speak to a Manager.

Patient feedback is important to us as it helps us to improve the service we provide. We take complaints seriously and will attempt to address your concerns to your satisfaction.

How to make a formal complaint.

If  the problem cannot be resolved and you wish to make a formal complaint, please put this in writing as soon as possible after the event, ideally this would be within a few days. A Complaint Form can be downloaded or you can collect one from reception.

Easy read information on giving feedback or making a complaint about your healthcare is available.

If you are complaining on behalf of someone else you must have their permission to do so. A Consent Form signed by the person concerned will be needed, unless they are incapable (because of illness or infirmity) of providing this. 

Complaint forms and leaflets, including the easy read information and consent forms can also be collected from reception.
