Next Generation Text Service
This brings text relay services for deaf, hearing impaired or speech impaired people right up to date with the latest app technology.
You don’t need any special kit – just download the app from the App Store or Google Play onto your smartphone, tablet or computer.
There is no additional charge for this other than your usual phone cost.

Communication
We are always keen to improve the way we communicate with our patients and want to ensure you can read and understand the information we send you. If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know.
We want to know if you need information in
- braille
- large print or
- easy read
- or if you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate
- or if we can support you to lipread or use a hearing aid or communication tool.
