You can register to receive information by email and text message regarding appointments, health care and invitations for routine reviews.
If you wish to register for this messaging service please fill out the consent form.
For routine annual reviews you will now be contacted by email. If we do not have an email address recorded you will be contacted by text. And if we do not have an email address or mobile phone number recorded, you will be contacted by letter.
Emailing is our preferred method of contacting you for routine reviews as this is more cost effective. Please update your records as soon as possible.
